Toyota was unsure of the direction to take when it came to communicating its aftersales support offering. The team asked global marketing agency Jellyfish for guidance. Who then passed the request onto me.
I gladly accepted the challenge, crafting three suggestions for web content: a sensible and reassuring option, a more natural and friendly option, and a younger and edgier option. The client was delighted with them all.
