Vodafone is the largest mobile and fixed network operator in Europe, with the continent's biggest and fastest-growing 5G network. A leader in communication technologies, the organisation aims to build a connected digital society.

The brief

At Ogilvy, I wrote an eBook and a series of emails for Vodafone about MiFID II, a regulation that requires businesses to record all mobile communications and store them for up to five years.

These assets would be read by Vodafone business customers and served a dual purpose: to inform readers about the introduction of the regulation, and to promote Vodafone Network Mobile Recording, an in-network solution that could help them tick the right boxes.

Keen to provide real value, I positioned Vodafone's product as a tool that could empower businesses not just to comply but to compete – focusing on its benefits far beyond meeting legislator's demands.
